Marisa has been wonderful pushing me but also understanding my limitations. My expectations have been exceeded also losing 35lbs my health is back on track and I feel that there is more to accomplish. Thank you Erin and your team for putting the zip back into my golf swing????????♂️

I love my workouts at Body By Design and highly recommend checking out the incredible atmosphere, whether you’re looking for classes or individual training.

The gym itself is very clean and well maintained. Body by design is where dreams are made and goals achieved! I am very grateful to be a part of such an inspiring place!

So happy to be back exercising and in an environment where both the trainers and clients have fun! The supportive attitude of everyone I have met just helps to reinforce the decision to come in and get active. Fantastic experience all around!
