I had the privilege of purchasing a vehicle last week from Doug @ Pearson's. As a woman, I'm always anxious and on the defensive when trying to negotiate anything with my car because I'm waiting for the condescending comments etc. Not here! Doug was amazing! Very informative, transparent, patient and accommodating. There was no need to haggle for price as they were competitively priced from the start and did everything they could to ensure our satisfaction. I've dealt with the bigger car dealerships in the past, know my way around a vehicle and will not hesitate to send family and friends to see Doug! Great, painless experience!
