As of today, there is only 1 other review and it is an outdated 1 star review. I don't think that review is very accurate for 2021. Mouldrite could use a 3rd party to go in and assess where improvements could be made and they could also use a contractor to go in once a month for general preventative maintenance and spill clean-up. The pay rates when factoring in the shift premiums are essentially what you would expect for a small town and the company covers 3 paid breaks (which was surprising). In the summer months there are plenty of fans to help with the heat and management does occasionally purchase drinks, popsicles, pizza , etc for it's employees. The owners actually seem to be great people from what I've seen and it seems like Mike and Jerry actually listen and address staff concerns (something that would rarely happen in a larger company). If there are complaints about management it is likely referring to floor supervisors or lead-hands who are stressed out and have to try to hit deadlines or work around setup delays/defective equipment/not enough staff/etc.
Working on the line can be fast paced and frustrating or it can be rather easy but repetitive depending on what has been set up for you. It isn't for everybody, in 6 weeks I have seen new hires last 1 or 2 days before quitting but I also spoke with several people who have been there for many years and like it.
