New GE stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, new bathroom fixtures, vinyl plank flooring throughout, new windows in many apartments to date and more to be done soon. Bedrooms and closets are larger than expected and the living room is a fair size too. Onsite manager is helpful and busy, she keeps the public areas clean and tidy, cares about her tenants satisfaction (and moves rating from 3 to 4 stars in my opinion). All amenities are within walking distance including a conservation area and public park. Not perfectly soundproof but tenants are quiet for the most part. Fast internet available. Pricier than you might expect but reasonable based on the current market. It ain't the Ritz but hang a few pictures and it's a fine place to live.
