ill start with saying, the work done was done very well. we are restoring an old farm house and had JNI replace all our windows and a patio door. although the windows were installed well, communication was a constant struggle. we would have to leave several measages through out the project before we would get a call back. communication with the owner and his installer was also poor. our door was ordered 6 weeks late due to a lack of communication between them. we are still waiting for the owner to deliver a small part because it broke during installation(another lack of communication between the workers), for those reasons hence 3 stars. but the windows look good and price was average.
