We love Holiday Farms! We used to bring our dog to doggie day care and now we bring them for kenneling. They take great care.
My two dogs love it here. To the point that the second time they stayed, when we picked them up, they came to greet us and then ran back into the kennel. They clearly give it 2 wagging tails as a seal if approval.
Doggy daycare! Every Tuesday and Thursday they have a small bus that picks up the dogs at Sherwood Forest Mall! They leave at 8am and then get back to Sherwood at 5pm. Since I live so close it is insanely easy and worth every penny. Although I can't ask my dog if he likes it... he runs onto the bus in the morning and is dead tired at night. Great exercise for him.
The staff are a family of very accommodating and friendly people. I trust them with my dog and I love that they are obviously animal people: I think they like the dogs even more than their owners. There are fenced paddocks where you can allow your dog to play on their own or with others their size--and where, weather permitting, they are outside 5 times a day for up to 2 hours each time (my husky-shepherd loves this). They take pictures of all the dogs when they're outside playing for their Facebook page so you can see your fur-babies in action. Great prices for housing a large dog in a comfortably-sized kennel, especially if you need to leave them for 3+ days.
