  Victoria (sales) was lovely and extremely easy to deal with. She was responsive and when she didn’t know an answer to our question she did research to be able to answer it. She proved to be an honest sales person and we were appreciative of her help and advice. On the other hand, we have dealt with the workshop as well... while they fit us in during busy season, some of the things we asked them to do were not addressed. 4 stars, I would recommend them.

  Looks are decieving at first impression in an industrial section of town with a couple wrecks out back they impress with the product. Our van "Paint Splash" was easy to drive, smooth and quiet with plenty of room for 2 large adults. We drove north up old #1 and stopped often. It really was the right choice to see the coast and enjoy our trip.

  We have a 2013 Winnebago One, travel trailer, purchased new from Great Escape RV. This weekend, while preparing to put it away for the winter, we found that the large slide out would not move. No power going to it at all. We knew that there was a manual over ride, however, we couldn't find it. We called Great Escape on a Saturday morning and, thank goodness, they were open. The Service Manager, spent quite a bit of time talking to us about what the problem, with the slide out, might be and then gave us directions on where to find the manual over ride. Our trailer is now all closed up and snug for the winter. Thanks Great Escape!!

  Exceptional Customer Service - what a breath of fresh air ! We had to get a part delivered from Winnebago to Jim for installation. Jim promptly notified us when the part arrived and was extremely patient with us getting the trailer there for service. The work done beyond our expectations. Every time I call the staff are great to deal with and make you feel like a somebody, not just another customer. If ever in the market for another trailer I’ll know where I’ll be going ! Their service was second to none.
