  Just recently purchased a 2005 RSX... been looking for this car for a while. The Lobo crew made the purchase easy and painless.
  There were a few issues with the car after delivery and I was able to email the fellas there and we came to a solution that was mutually acceptable for both parties...
  I appreciate them correcting the issues that i had as they didn’t have to.

  Recently bought an 2007 Volvo C70 from this dealership. Great experience they took care of the safety at a registered Volvo mechanic and gave me a great deal for this car! The car was immaculate when I picked it up, new mats, and I was given money to fill the tank because of time limits. The staff were extremely friendly, very accommodating to my needs for the vehicle, and kept me informed throughout my safety process (told me everything, very transparent about any issues even if they were minescule) I would 100% recommend this dealer, and will use them in the future! Thanks Cars in Lobo, I am loving my Volvo!!! ????

  I had an unpleasant experience buying a car from this dealership. They promised to get my car ready by Tuesday, but I was only able to collect it on Friday after chasing them with calls! They promised to do chemical bath and oil spray for rust protection (was part of the deal), and when I collected the car they claimed they did, but when my mechanic checked the car afterwards, he didnt find any trace for oil! I got the car with almost empty fuel tank, and asked them for mats but they just said no!
  
  P.S.: I was offered my money back but I turned it down because the car was ready the next day, and to be frank the car and the deal were good. My above negative comment was written out of frustration because of the behavior of staff who dealt with me. However, when I met afterwards Mr Moe Ismail, the manager, I have to say I am very satisfied with his professionalism. He LISTENED to my complains and offered fair solutions. I thank him for his attitude, and I have changed my review accordingly.

  Bought a car from here a year ago.
  Sales rep was very friendly. He answered all my questions truthfully, and was very transparent in selling me my car.
  My car has driven well in the past year. It has needed some repairs, such as calipers and a new battery in the last 9 months.
  I wouldn’t highly recommend them, but they are quite reasonable.

  Very friendly place with on-site mechanic. No pressure, good prices. After shopping around for a pre-owned in London, I was delighted to find this place in Lobo, just out of town. I bought there. Worth a look for sure.
