I was mainly dealing with Jim who is very responsive and accommodating. The quote I got from him was very competitive and when I needed to sign documents he came by at my workplace so I don't have to spend time driving to their office.
Any time I needed changes to my policy I get a reply within a few hours.
It is very pleasant to work with Middlesex Mutual, they stands out compared to all my other insurance providers I had.
