  Wow, can you say a fabulous evening out...
  Along with my fellow friends and colleagues, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Palasad on this past Monday evening.
  Our server couldn’t do enough for us, the food was delicious, bowling a hoot as usual (my skill level is lacking! ????)
  And cocktails a treat.
  The best part of my experience was the laughs and riot of fun during laser tag, with the host with the most, Ali!
  His charisma, energy and go get ‘em vivacious attitude had us all revved up for a great game ahead. A+ job buddy.
  Thanks again for a blast! I will be sure to bring my nephews friends and family specifically to Palasad South soon, so they can share in the fun I had!

  Usually great but far too busy. Serving staff couldn't even give proper service. Guy at from desk was so amazing even though he was super busy! I changed my 3 stars to 5 Stars. Management reached out after seeing the review.

  Went for my child's birthday party. Service was exceptional. We had our own private party concierge that took care of everything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. She kept the kids engaged and all activities moving along. Will definitely be going back.

  Jocelyn was our server and she made our night. Her attentive presence made the night amazing. I've never had a better server anywhere. Made my birthday night complete. Amazing.

  Excellent food, and even better customer service. Our server was Nick and he was on top of everything from the moment we arrived. He was efficient, kind, and thorough. Jay was the manager on duty and he took time to make rounds in the bowling area to check in which was very nice! It’s been years since we’ve been to Palasad and after having a negative experience many years ago, it’s great to see that new management has taken time to make a fun place even better. We will definitely be making the drive across town to come back for future events, and we’ll be sure to request Nick and Jay when we do!
