  We have been moved in to the property for approximately 2 months.
  
  When we moved in I had an accident and hurt myself, so was unable to move stuff into the apartment, my partner was left to move alone.
  Kathryn was very kind and offered to help my partner to move larger items into the apartment with help from a gentleman from maintenance.
  
  This occasion was customer service going above and beyond and we are thankful for their help and understanding with all the trouble we had moving in and myself being injured.
  
  The only minor issue experienced (which got lost in communication) was to do with allocation of a parking space, however the management team resolved this and as I said- it was a minor issue.
  
  Overall our experience so far has been good- any time we have had questions ; Kathryn has been patient and forthcoming with information within a reasonable time.
  
  The apartment building has lovely tenants ; on our floor we dont have any issues. The apartment is a really good size and value for the rent we pay.
  The apartment block is kept reasonably clean and I feel safe within the building.
  
  I cannot comment on maintenance requests yet as I have not had to call for one.
  
  Although I have not had much interaction with other management I would say Kathryn, from my experience so far is a credit to the CLV group.

  Moved here one month ago and have quite enjoyed my time so far - it’s peaceful, friendly, and I love having that little bit of green space in my backyard (never had an apartment before that’s had such nice grounds). Big thank you to Kat for hooking me up with my place, helping in handling the moving logistics, and keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well - she, as well as Chris and Rachel in the main office, deserves much kudos for the troubleshooting and assistance!

  I recently just moved to London for a job relocation & was in need of an apartment quickly. Specifically Chris @ Auburn Parks Apartments made this the easiest transition I had with being so patient & giving me all the information & help I needed. He continuously checked up as we were moving in to ensure everything was going ok & and asked if we need anything more as if he hadn’t already helped enough. He was extremely kind and answers any questions I still do have immediately. The apartment is more than perfect & all the amenities that come with it really make it feel like a home. We’re extremely lucky to have got such a great place on short notice.

  I would like to take this opportunity to thank you Ms. Rachel, Mr. Michael & CLV group's staff at Auburn Park location in London, ON.
  I have lived here for almost 6 years. During my time here I have seen quite a lot of change of the buildings & the staff. Staff at Auburn Park location are very friendly & polite. They follow through on what they promised.
  I highly recommend this location for single, families & young professionals.
  Based on my personal experienced & my observation. I definite give them a perfect five stars.
