He was out last spring to tune up my AC unit and was great then too. It is nice to know that there are good honest people out there looking after us! Great Job Scott and reliance!

(February 22, 2019, 6:02 pm)Martin (2825) just came to install our new water tank. He was terrific! He was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. He even recommended we have our furnace and air conditioner serviced to extend the life of the units. Very pleased with the service received.

He was very polite and we request him coming back again if possible. He was one of the best people we had here over the last two weeks. He was efficient and worked pretty quick to solve the problem.

(February 12, 2019, 12:13 pm)We called Reliance to see about pricing on a water heater and water softener and the lady on the phone was very helpful. After a bit of back and forth, she asked if we wanted to schedule a consultation which she was able to get someone to come out that same day. Great customer service! Once Brad arrived he was able to walk us through our choices and also tested our water and talked to us about the reverse osmosis which we decided to go ahead with as well as the softener and soon a replacement water heater. It is being installed on Friday. I give them 5 stars for exceptional customer service and would recommend them to anyone!
