  Kyle was out today to help us with an immediate issue that required attention which he was able to solve right away. On top of that he took it upon himself to help us with a long standing unresolved issued! We are extremely pleased with not only his service, but his overall Customer focused approach. He went to bat for us right away and helped with the resolution of the long standing issue. Thank you Kyle - you made a great first impression on us!

  We have had a great experience with Nick! He was very informative and patient, answering questions by phone and email very promptly. Delivery crew showed up on time and worked quickly. They made sure we understood what we needed to ensure an easy setup after the electrical hookup was complete. Love the Spaboy app, so easy to check and maintain a balanced spa. It was expensive but worth it!

  We are very pleased with the customer service we've received at Arctic Spa. Their patience to my never ending questions is greatly appreciated. They never over sell products and thoroughly explain why and which products I may need. I highly recommend Arctic Spa to anyone considering buying a hot tub or who currently have a hot tub and are seeking excellent customer service.

  Arctic Spa’s customer service is top notch. Often good customer service ends after you have purchased the product but not with AS. They are patient with all questions and are the experts in the industry. Clint offers spa school which is a brilliant idea and he knows his stuff. Steve even came out on a Saturday to answer a jet questions They k now spas but they also understand the importance of fantastic customer services. I can’t imagine buying a spa anywhere else.

  We recently purchased an Arctic Spa and have been extremely satisfied with the whole experience. From production selection and purchasing through delivery/installation, the whole process was easy with excellent communication throughout. Everyone we dealt with (especially Cynthia and Clinton!) was extremely friendly and helpful, answering our questions, and delivered above and beyond expectations.
  The product itself is also fantastic. It looks great, is extremely low maintenance, and is enjoyable to use. The salt water system with Spa Boy means that I have next to zero work to keep the system up and running. Using an app to verify sanitizer and alkalinity/pH is especially nice now that the weather is cold outside, since I can monitor from inside the house. I can instead just focus on enjoying the spa experience rather than worrying about taking care of it.
