(July 28, 2021, 6:47 pm)I have been living here with my family for 3 years. It was absolutely amazing. Bruce and Ruth Ann, the superintendents are the kindest people you will ever meet. The apartments are taken care of beautifully and it is an amazing place to raise a family or live at any time in your life.

I am proud to be living in an environment that is clean, welcoming and has a spirit of community that is in large part possible because of the atmosphere that Bruce and Ruth Ann create. I have lived in apartments since 1997 and by far this is one which I call home with all that the word entails. Having a sense of community spirit is very important to me and I am happy that life has

(November 11, 2020, 4:09 pm)This is a spacious, well-maintained tower with lots of amenities nearby. My wife and I have lived here for over a year and a half and were we not looking to move into a house, we'd gladly stay here longer. Bruce and Ruth-Anne are wonderful building managers who are friendly and responsive when it came to any issues that arose. Could not recommend renting here enough.

(September 8, 2020, 8:32 pm)My girlfriend, and I have been here for 3 years now. It's the best building we've ever lived in. Always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The superintendent's Bruce, and Ruth Anne are amazing. They are always super friendly, and stop for quick chats when passing in the common areas. They're also just a phone call, or door knock away for any concern you may have. We moved here on a recommendation from a friend, and have since recommended this building to other friends of ours.
