I would like to leave a review for Mark Cooper and Chace Duckworth. I am Carol Collins, Admin Assistant for Shepherd\'s Tiling (owner is Alex Shepherd).....I am speaking on behalf myself and my boss regarding our experience developing policies for Shepherd's Tiling business and Alex Shepherd's personal insurance. We have dealt with Chace Duckworth getting these policies in place and Chace has been a wonderful representative for Desjardins Insurance. We are very busy and at times unable to answer questions promptly, Chace has been so very patient waiting for us to get back to him. He is very easy to converse with and has been very professional throughout the process of setting up these policies. Chace answered all our questions immediately and was very detailed in his answers, which has made it much easier for us to work through the set up. There were times where he was on a deadline and we pushed that......he was understanding and patient, giving us the time we needed to respond. There were situations where Alex was unavailable and I could only answer some of the questions requested, but Chace gave me the space I needed to get the proper answers and respected the fact that I was having a difficult time getting the proper information that he required. I speak on behalf of Alex and myself that our experience dealing with Chace has been a very positive one and we would not hesitate to recommend him as an insurance agent, who went above and beyond to work through situations that arose during the set up of the policies. We are very pleased with the customer service we were given dealing with Desjardins Insurance and Alex hopes to be a long term client of this organization. Thank you. Carol Collins
