Boardwalk is vigilant in dealing with maintenance requests and I really appreciate the 24/7 customer service line. Buildings are cleaned regularly and neighbours are generally nice. It's worth the cost of rent - you get what you pay for!

(February 13, 2017, 7:10 pm)Great place to live. Sarah is a wonderful landlord and all of the customer reps I have dealt with are pleasant and fast and precise at their jobs. The building is very clean, and cleaned on a regular basis. Maintenance is also very friendly and quick to help out with whatever problems. Great overall experience, I would highly recommend living here.
