  Pete was an excellent aid when purchasing our first home earlier this year. He was patient with all of our questions and knowledgeable when making recommendations and suggestions toward the purchase of our home. Highly recommend. Will definitely be reaching out to him whenever we decide to sell/move again!

  Pete Leblanc assisted us with buying our daughter's home in London two years ago. When purchasing, he knew we were going to be in town only one day. He arranged for us to see so many houses with our schedule in mind. After narrowing it down he helped our daughter find the perfect house for her. Pete did all the negotiations perfectly on our behalf. The only trip back to London was to sign with the lawyer, whom re also recommended. Recently, two years later, we chose him to sell the same house because he was so helpful, organized and simply a nice person. He again arranged everything and we had a firm offer a week after listing for ever so slightly under asking. We were very happy with his work along with the interaction we had with from his wife/real estate partner, Sue. Pete knows his stuff and is an excellent real estate agent. You can't go wrong if you choose him for your dealings. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete to anyone looking for or selling real estate in the London area.

  Peter and Sue did a wonderful job in selling my condo, they are sure people who know about business with their clients the best way possible and very efficient in completing the same.
  They sold our condo for a very good price and thanks to sue for her photography our home looked gorgeous.
  They made our selling experience so easy and simple thank you both for all your help ,can't ask for more.
  They are not only worth a try but also very good people to trust with your work if ur looking to sell condo/home
  I definitely recommend Peter and Sue.

  Our first experience at selling and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Pete & Sue were very prepared on our initial meeting explaining the steps involved, taking photos, advertising and open houses that would be conducted.
  We were impressed that they both made themselves available no matter the time of day, whether it was email, texts or voicemail. We never felt being left alone at any time. The always were in contact every day.
  Would we recommend Pete & Sue from Sutton Group Preferred Realty Inc. to friends and family "ABSOLUTELY"!!!!!!

With great marketing material, outstanding home photos, and attention to potential buyers needs and questions they get the job done.
