    Highly recommend John / Dan from Bear. We must have sent out a dozen quotes with no responses. John responded and within 48 hours quoted, installed and completed (on a Sunday). Personable, professional, on-time, fair pricing, and very clean in the install and clean up, plus detailed before and after shown and explained. Looking forward to working with John and team again - thanks guys!

    Bear Property Maintenance is excellent! They do great work at a fair price, and are very open and honest about their services. For me, they went above and beyond by even cutting down a few branches close to my house, free of charge! Highly recommended.

    We used to clean our own gutters but for the last couple of years tried two different companies but were disappointed with work performed and lack of professionalism. This year we searched and found Bear Property Cleaning. The website was straightforward and well presented. A number of services were listed and the high quality was very apparent. We called them and had a convenient appointment put in place. They arrived on schedule and the appearance of their vehicles and the servicemen reinforced our opinion. They had the right equipment and completed the job in a timely manner. They showed photos before and after confirming a thorough job and while we suspect there was more work than anticipated, they stuck to their quote. We strongly recommend Bear Property Cleaning and will certainly have them back.

    We had Bear provide, install and remove our seasonal Christmas lighting on our home last year. Great experience! We are now pre-booking for this year. thank you to the Bear team. We look forward to seeing you in the next month or so.

    I don't usually take time to leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience.

    I requested an estimate to get my siding cleaned as I had some discoloration and also some mold/mildew growing. John was very responsive and set up a time to explain pricing and what services were offered and what I would need. You can tell he is very knowledgeable, confident and very patient in answering all my questions. Once booked, they were here on time and very professional and easy to speak with. They were so incredibly respectful of my property and you can tell they genuinely cared and took pride in the work they did. All that aside, the results were fantastic and they were able to get EVERYTHING off. My siding looks brand new again, and I am so impressed. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
