Appointment started right at the time I was booked. No waiting. Lots of staff, everything sanitized, felt comfortable being there. Staff is professional, cheerful, friendly, and efficient.

I was very well served by the entire team at FYI Doctors London branch. My situation was rather complicated, having to deal with a broken frame, while at the same time purchasing new glasses. While my visit was much longer than anticipated, I found the team to be very professional; being supportive and persistent as together we worked through the situation. While I'm sure there are less costly and more self serve type options available, I find my needs require a higher degree of service... which the London team certainly provides.

Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable; they take time with you as their patient and answer questions in very helpful ways. This includes every staff member. And had a great experience with their optical staff in helping me select the best glasses for me. Highly recommend them.
