I met Dr Brackstone after my mom was referred to her by the family doctor for a breast lump. My mom could not have asked for a better doctor and surgeon! Dr Brackstone is the kindest, smartest, and down-to-earth doctor/surgeon I have ever met. She and her team treated my mom with the utmost respect, kindness, and compassion. She made every effort to greet my mom at every appointment even though I am sure she is a very busy surgeon. Dr Brackstone explained things in simple non-medical terms and I was able to explain to mom what the doctor was saying. She took time at every appointment and never hurried us. Our family doctor said she was top-notch in Canada, and I believe it, having met her! My mom and I thank you, Dr Brackstone, for being the kind, gentle, patient, compassionate doctor that you are!
