She explained everything thoroughly a and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. She is very quick to respond (even after hours) and her attention to detail is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. This was my first time getting any spa services done and it couldn't have had a better experience. Oh and if all that wasn't enough, her prices are also very reasonable. If you're shopping around for a spa in London, this is the very best place to go!

She takes her time to go over the procedure with you and answer any questions you may have. At each session she takes her time, testing any new setting she is doing to make sure it is right for you. She is very patient and you never feel rushed through an apt. I highly recommend Cara and her services.
