(January 17, 2021, 2:26 am)Our golden pyrenees Betsy absolutely loves HEAT daycare and can’t wait to get out of the car every time we pull in. The staff are second to none, and take the time to get to know every dog and owner. Her transition as a new dog to the pack couldn’t have gone more smoothly, even as a rambunctious 4 month old puppy. Not to mention the booking system is incredibly easy to use and flexible.
We recently had training with Trevor to work on her leash pulling - within 45 minutes we had her walking with next to no pulling, automatically speeding up and slowing down on command. The transformation has been incredible, and we can’t recommend HEAT daycare and training enough! -

(November 3, 2020, 2:12 pm)Can’t say enough good about Trevor, Taylor and Sydney! Their approach is unlike any other dog daycare in London. Not only is our dog incredibly excited every time we pull up, the team goes the extra mile to get to know you and your dog specifically. The fact that the dogs are engaged and interacting with each other all day is amazing! 10/10 would recommend heat over any other place in London (and we have tried them all!)

(July 22, 2020, 1:45 pm)I highly recommend Trevor and his H.E.A.T. team. Our rescue Radar had some major resource guarding and anxiety issues. Since working with Trevor we have learned to manage these issues and have seen amazing improvements. Trevor's dog psychology teaching/techniques are clear and realistic and if you implement them, you will see amazing results in a very short period of time. We have strengthened our connection with Radar and we have developed a better understanding of his position in our pack. We recently started using the daycare services to help Radar socialize with other dogs and in a matter of a few visits he has transformed from a dog who resisted or avoided contact to a dog who is thriving and craving the interaction. The daycare setting is beautiful and well supervised.
