(June 4, 2018, 8:44 pm)Mark is great! He accessed my 2003 BMW 745i in 24 hours and I was expecting to hear that I needed a new transmission. However when Mark called back to let me know what was wrong, and he let me know that all I needed was a new seal for my transmission filter and my transmission oil was leaking and down about 4 1/2 L. All said and done I was out of there with a small bill in comparison to a new transmission. Great staff great service great price. Thank you very much for your help
