(May 14, 2019, 12:10 am)Excellent and helpful staff. Ordered a beam 375A Serenity Quiet system to replace a 35 year old Beam. Received it in 2 days. Took 45 minutes to install. Very quiet and tons of suction. Could not be more pleased.

(April 30, 2019, 8:38 pm)I have a Miele Monte Verde vac that I really like. Problem is that over the years the handle got cracked and layers of duct tape later I decided to replace it. Went to several local vac shops and they either did not have it or wanted a King's ransom. Then I found McHardy on-line. They had what I wanted for a reasonable price and shipping was free (over $100). Three days later I received the item and I am very satisfied with the entire experience.

I just received my Miele Vacuum today and am so impressed! Not just with the vacuum which is everything I desired, but especially with the top notch customer service from McHardy Vacuum! In the top of the carefully packaged box was a hand written thank you note for my patronage and offering assistance if needed to navigate anything concerning my purchase. I really appreciate the proper packaging of the vacuum to avoid damage during transit, but also the personal touch added to the contents. Thank you so much! I will definitely revisit for future purchases! My new go to for cleaning products. I wholeheartedly recommend McHardy Vacuum!
