(February 18, 2020, 12:00 pm)I moved my personal banking away from TD about 2 years ago after frustration with a particular personal banker and service fees that we unnecessary and they refused to show any flexibility. I still have my business banking there, but I really don’t go into the branch any more. Last week I was there to do a USD transaction and Sandy remembered me by name when I approached her customer service station. I was surprised and it it reminded me why I liked TD, other than the nonsense service charges.

(February 1, 2019, 11:40 pm)I always go into the TD Oakridge branch even though it isn't the closest the one to me because the staff there is always friendly and courteous. They always call me by my name and has a small town feel.
My First visit to the branch was regarding an investment that I needed assistance with but wanted someone I could trust. A gentleman first greeted me and then introduced me to a girl who turned out to be the branch manager. She immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. She assisted in booking an appointment with a tenured advisor and told me I would be in good hands. I have been going back to this branch ever since.
