(February 21, 2021, 8:40 pm)I recently had my first two appointment here and I have seen a lot of improvement in my frozen shoulder I really want to appreciate Manpreet helping me out. I was struggling with my shoulder pain from almost more than one year now but with only two sitting and light experience I have improved so much. Thank you I will definitely recommend this place who is looking to get best physiotherapist in the city.

(September 2, 2020, 7:09 pm)I wish I had visited Navdeep in the late spring when I had initially injured my achilles. I kept hoping it would heal so I could get back to running. I finally went in for treatment in late August and Nav was able, through a few different procedures, to relieve me of the pain I have been suffering all summer, (and get me back walking without a limp - and hopefully in a week, into my running shoes to hit the roads once again!)! He was very professional and explained what each procedure, (ultrasound, etc.), did to help the healing. Thank you, Navdeep! I must add that I was able to get an appointment when needed. The receptionist is very kind and accommodating, (sorry, I should know your name!)! She makes sure that when entering the office, that all covid protocols are followed, (hand sanitizer both entering and leaving, mask, questions about your current health, etc.). I highly recommend Sheer Health for physiotherapy!
