(October 10, 2021, 12:23 pm)Great service if it's in stock. I've ordered a few times from The Rub Shack. The products and quick delivery are great. However, I ordered something that the website said was in stock on August 1st and was told it would be available in 4-6 weeks. As of October 8th I didn't received it or any contact regarding my back order. After contacting Dace by phone (I tried a couple emails) he happily refunded me within a couple days and apologized. With current supply issues I'd take a refund immediately if it turns out that they don't have stock on your preferred item.

I got the products quickly and the service was excellent. I do not normally write reviews but felt that this was such a great experience and wanted to give a well deserved 5 stars. Will definitely order again.
