  After several weeks of researching a used vehicle for my son, I came across Special T Auto.
  I was somewhat reluctant to deal with a shop so far away from home, approx 200 km's, however after placing my first initial phone call with Mike Aquino, my fears were put to ease. A few days later, I arranged to take a trip out, and found my experience to be quick, efficient and relaxed, with no high-pressured sales tactics. I soon discovered that it was a long-time family owned business, and I was treated as one of the family.
  Nick Macri was professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with answering all my questions. I was impressed with the selection of vehicles available, with the added-bonus of low mileage at a decent price, this resulted to me purchasing the vehicle right on the spot!
  It was certainly worth taking the drive out to London, I truly appreciate the level of service that was extended to me from the entire staff.
  SPECIAL T AUTO comes highly recommended, as it exceeded my expectations, and restored my faith in buying a used vehicle from trusted reliable source...I won't go anywhere else.

  Love these guys very helpful, Mike (owner) is always good to his customers. Had my brakes done on my 2003 Escape last year, they did an excellent job. I drove the car another year before selling it and they still worked great then, thanks!

  Excellent service! I was given a great deal on a practically mint Ford Ranger pickup that will likely last until the end of time. After purchase, there were apparently some things that needed fixing. I let Mike Aquino (shop owner) know that the truck still needed some repairs. He told me that though these repairs were not necessary in a safety, he would happily tow the truck from Windsor to his shop and then back again, fixing everything from the main components to the door handle. You wont find another dealer like this, you can bet your bottom dollar! Thanks again, Special T.
