Our kitchen cabinets were installed well over 8 years ago with great satisfaction. Recently a cupboard hinge broke and we were unable to find a replacement part at any local hardware store. Contacted Alistair at Aya hoping he could assist in locating the specific hinge - he promptly provided us a replacement and insisted no charge for the part despite the 8 years since our renovation.
Great customer care !!!
