We had many clothes with multiple alterations and a short timeline to make them perfect ... the lady at the Tailor Shop got right down to business and made a lasting impression of what The Tailor Shop is all about.

She offered great advice with fit, educated us with why some alterations were necessary (and some unnecessary), as well as tested the alterations for comfort and practicality before commencing work.

Her finished work was indistinguishable. She understands body types and we may not be perfect, but we feel like a million bucks in our clothes now.

Brad was absolutely amazing!!!! I arrived from Calgary to attend a funeral and came to Brad in a panic. My husband’s suits were all wrinkled from the luggage. Brad was super busy and wasn’t sure he could get it done. Once I explained my situation he told me not to worry about it, come by before closing and he would make sure it was done. When I arrived it was done and looked amazing. I went to go pay for the amazing and service and he said not to worry about it. It is so amazing that there are still genuine and caring people in this world. As London being my hometown, I visit a lot. I will be back! I have also passed onto my friends and family that Tailor Shop is the place to be.

I went here to get some pants hemmed and some shirts adjusted for an upcoming wedding. They did a great job and the pants look great since they maintained the look of the original pants so well. I find people who want great alterations done must allow an appropriate amount of time for these alterations to be done. I thought I was leaving it last minute by dropping the pants off three weeks before the wedding but he was pleasantly surprised having that much time to make the alterations. I highly recommend the Tailor Shop for their workmanship and expertise.

I found the Tailer Shop online and they were excellent. I had a bridesmaid dress altered and another dress dry cleaned.
The service was great and quick. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The dress fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for all your Alterations and dry cleaning needs.

One of the most pleasant and friendly places I’ve ever been! Alterations and repairs were done so professionally and even higher quality than when I first bought them. Will continue to bring my garments here, and recommend it to anyone else looking to get any work done on theirs. Five stars.
