Spoke & Sprocket

Simply the best experience anyone could have. I have a bike bought from Canadian Tire which had a defective part on it from manufacturer (CT used every excuse not to warranty, none of them valid, which resulted in a whole season without my bike, horrible experience), and was nervous about taking to a bike shop. Right from the first time contacting them about whether they would repair or even look at the bike, Jenn put my mind at ease and made me feel most comfortable about coming into the shop. Mike was a true wizard with the bike, completed the repair quickly, showed me the defective parts, explained what all he had done, and went WAY above and beyond with his service. The price was extremely reasonable. A first class customer experience, I can't recommend these people enough, and will definitely be back for any parts or service I require in the future. Thank you again Mike and Jenn, I can't recommend you enough!

Amazing place to bring your bike including your E-Bike that no one will work on. Very experienced and knowledgeable people that aren't money hungry for once and will give you a low but very reasonable price for their work and will return your bike just like the day you got it! Never going anywhere else if I can help it.

Just picked up my Daughters bike today and Mike did a fantastic job, this is the second time I have used Spoke & Sprocket. These guys don't only superbly KNOW their trade, but they go the extra mile of explaining to you what they think you might need to know about everything bike related. Extremely courteous they are, informing you to bring by a bike before you would buy it, recommending you different stores (online ones too), etc., etc., I just can't stop boasting about how SUPER GREAT these guys really are! You will never regret a single moment of dealing with Spoke & Sprocket. HIGHLY recommended business! You ask how many stars I will give them? They deserve 5-Million stars, they're so great! The 5 stars are for those who are satisfactory. Don and Mike are much more than just satisfactory!

Excellent service, honest and friendly store. The bike I brought to them had flown off a car rack at over 100Km/hr. For an extremely reasonable price, they made it look and operate like brand new! Well worth the trip from St. Thomas. Will be back. Thanks again.
