  If you are searching for a high quality acoustic or digital piano, look closely at Kawai. I had been leaning towards Yamaha but after extensive research, I discovered that Kawai offered the best value in terms of cost, quality, touch and tone in every market segment.
  
  Then I went to London Piano Gallery and met Rob. He is very knowledgeable and personable - a real pleasure to work with. I took all the time I needed to test the various instruments and Rob answered all my questions.
  
  I highly recommend Kawai, Rob and the London Piano Gallery.

  The service was exceptional and the store owner, Rob, has an excellent understanding of the Kawai pianos he sells. He guided me to just the right piano for me. Thanks Rob!

  I called after business hours to ask about buying a gig bag for my Kawai ES8. Rob answered my call and agreed to see me even though the place was closed. Amazing service, and he went out of his way to accommodate my business. He was very helpful and friendly, and confirmed my satisfaction with Kawai products and dealer service. Also the gig bag is very good quality. Overall, I highly recommend.
