  I went there for a quote upon recommendation from a friend. Didn't end up servicing my car there, but it was pretty fair quote. I heard they do very good work. Very busy parking lot with lots of old cars.

  I just took my Taurus there for a 4 wheel alignment. As many described the waiting area is not fancy, the front desk is a mess and the shop is small so there is stuff everywhere. Not much different than many other shops. Too many cars outside, many have been sitting there for a while as they have flat tires, I bet half of those could be removed to open more parking space for customers. The shop would benefit tremendously if they took care of these things that at the end, make the customer's visit more enjoyable and would boost the shop's perception and ambience.
  
  I gave it 5 stars as I was very pleased with the work, the owner Zoran did the alignment himself. He took the time and test drove the vehicle once the alignment was completed. After that he re-did it, I assume he wasn't satisfied with the test drive. Not many shops do that.
  I'll definitely go back.

  I always have great, reliable & relatively inexpensive service here. Only downside is you usually have to wait a while. Even if you book an appt you probably will be waiting about an hr. The guys are so friendly and personable and honest though that if thats the only concern, who cares.
