  We have been 4 times for hair cuts for my daughter. Every time the staff have been very friendly, the facility clean, and the service great. My daughter loves going because every time she gets to sit in a fun car, use the small play area, and gets a treat and balloon on the way out. I have never had a problem with an appointment and they are often available the day I call to book.
  
  The first time we went I really liked the hair cut they did for my daughter. The second time was alright. The third cut I was not very happy with as the hair stylist did not even brush out my daughter's hair once during the cut. The fourth time I again found the cut just alright (the bangs were cut very short).
  
  Overall, I keep going back as they are reasonably priced and an enjoyable experience, but I don't always think that hair cuts themselves are great.

  Love the experience, my 20 months old had lots of fun playing around, we spent an hour in there even tho his hair cut took only 10 minutes. And I got the package of 4 hair cuts, so it’s well priced.

  Brought my 10 month old boy to get his first hair cut.. Top notch, very professional and glad I went to Cookie Cutters.. Worth getting the first cut package which is a certificate with after picture and a sample hair...

  We brought our nearly two year old son here to try out after we had been taking him to a similar children's hair studio in the city Max&Oscar's.
  This hair studio has definitely won us over as clients. It was extremely clean and while we were there I even saw the desk guy walking around with a hand vac looking for any dirt or hair he could find. It's a beautiful, vibrant space with a play area for waiting families, fun chairs and the staff were great. Very friendly and did a wonderful job with my sons hair.
