(September 12, 2018, 1:28 pm)Over the past many years we have been purchasing various items from London, ON. location and I have nothing but praise to say about people that work there, customer service is exceptional. My little brother still has the couch that we have purchased at least 10 years ago and it still look good.
When I read the 1 star reviews, it bothers me to see people write so negative about this company. Im sure there is more to these stories... -

Ours has been excellent. We ha purchased most of the furniture in our house from Austin & Taylor and both quality of the different pieces and customer service and advice have been 5 stars.
Jane has been a wonderful advisor and has worked very hard to meet all our expectations.
We will definitely continue to do business with A&T. -

We have been absolutely thrilled with our experience. Mariah was our Interior Design Consultant, and she couldn't have been more patient, thoughtful and informative. She has a wonderful way with people. Along the way, we wound up talking to various people at Austin & Taylor, and each person was very kind and helpful. The two men who delivered our furniture today were also very efficient and very thoughtful. And, finally, we are thrilled with the look and the high quality of our purchase.
We highly recommend Austin & Taylor to anyone looking for good quality furniture from a truly caring company.
