  I had a great experience buying a used Subaru Forester in Subaru Of London dealership.Jordan Skellett was helping me with this purchase. Jordan was very patient, cooperative and so transparent. He really understood my requirements and worked towards getting me exactly what I need it . He was very supportive all through the process He kept following up with me and always made sure I am fully satisfied and answered all my questions. It was my pleasure working with him and the dealership itself and would highly recommend Jordan and this place to others.

  Had a light out, they sold us the bulb, but they would not help me to install it. This was the first time I had to replace a bulb and didn't realize that you need tools to do it. They charge by half hour shop rates nothing less, and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me since I don't live there. $60. to change a bulb, so much for public relations to foreign customers. Needless to say I didn't them touch my car, who knows what else might have suddenly needed to be repaired.

  Always book early in the morning because it'll be worth it later on the day as it get busy during lunch time . Everyone is nice here too!

  My experience at Subaru of London was exceptional. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I never once felt pressure and always felt like they were working with me, not against me. I would go back again simply because of the service, but I’ll also keep going back because this is the best car I have ever had. Thanks Jordan!

  My wife bought a car here from salesman Ken. She's happy with everything so far and I am sure she will be at their shop for service and checkups as time goes by. Nice clean showroom. Everybody seems friendly. Subaru is enjoying some popularity right now. Good work Subaru London.
