  I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years, the staff are polite, efficient and conpasssionate. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dentist.

  My dentist recently retired. I am very pleased with Dr Luzzi and his staff. They are welcoming and friendly. They help to take away your jitters and the needles are painless. I have always been nervous during dental work, I feel really relaxed at this office.

  Since Dr. Luzzi took over this practice, he's made significant investments in modernization of equipment, and renovated the waiting room for a fresh, spa-like look. It's about as relaxing as a dentists waiting room can be. I'm not an easy patient. Yet everyone from Heidi at reception, to Rebecca the hygenist, and Dr. Luzzi himself, is very patient and understanding. Rebecca does an amazing job on cleanings with no discomfort at all. My wife and two young children also see Rebecca and are totally happy with the experience. Dr. Luzzi doesn't push or promote any dental procedures on you the way that some clinics do. He's focussed on your dental health, more than cosmetics (unless that's what you want). He also knows his limitations and when to refer out to a specialist to ensure you get the best overall care possible. Listen, I'm never going to look forward to going to the dentist, but at Highland Woods they make it as positive an experience as it can possibly be. If you're looking for a dentist, definitely go see Highland Woods and Dr. Luzzi's team.

  Been going here for a few years now and Dr. Luzzi and his team have always been great. I never feel like they are trying to push things I don't need to get done and they never seem rushed like in some places I had been to before. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in London.
