He ensured that his access point for doing the repair was unobtrusive and completely sealed when he finished. The repair took about an hour and his cost was as quoted. I recommend him to anyone looking to fix a dent without having to repaint their car. I believe Richard saved me hundreds of dollars. Very, very happy.
