(March 1, 2019, 1:24 am)I'm conflicted about this new location. The first time I ordered, the food was great and no problem with the delivery either. I had my meal within 40 or so minutes. Tonight was a different story - I ordered online, same order as last time and was given a delivery estimate of 1 hour in a confirmation email. One hour later still no follow up email allowing me to track my order and no call from the store indicating something was wrong. I called the store, first guy I talked to said he couldn't even find my order yet somehow knew my name when I gave my order #. They seemed very disorganized. He then passed me off to a supervisor who said delivery wouldn't be for another hour. She was kind and apologetic, but I don't understand why you wouldn't call your customers and let them know of a delay like that. It's a 30 second phone call. I don't even think I'd have minded waiting if I knew, but jumping through hoops to get an answer isn't ideal. I'll give them another shot because I love Pizza Hut, but this really was a miss for me.
