(June 1, 2019, 11:21 am)Hands down the best bread in London. Quite possibly the best bread we've had in all our travels. I make a home made organic whole wheat sourdough and this bread is better! The kids love it! The crust is firm but yielding and the crumb is dense but still open. I would love to see them experiment with higher hydration levels.

And love the cookies and pie too, as they are perfectly sweet without being sugary. Just delightful folks working hard to produce beautiful, rustic, real food made with the best ingredients. So delicious.
