Elizabeth was very prompt in her response and made the best recommendation. She was super helpful throughout the process and extremely flexible. It made me feel very valued as a customer. It wasn't about her getting a rental as she truly wanted to ensure that the event was successful and that the rental was enjoyed. I can't stress enough how fantastic my experience was. Great job Elizabeth. 100% recommended!
