(May 18, 2021, 8:40 pm)I don’t know why but they seem very disorganized. The doctor forgot to sign my requisition and that was a hassle in itself. Then on top of that I waited on the phone with them for 6 hours just for me to have to make my own appointment and the doctor failed to show me both my papers can’t be completed at the same clinic after I specifically asked her if it was possible and she said yes. The doctor missed two appointments with me after I waited over two weeks for her to analyze my blood work which mind you they said should take 1-4 days. I got really upset and cursed on the phone (voicemail) to which after the doctor called and dealt with my requests kindly the morning after. I gave 3 stars because at the end of it she did end up analyzing my blood work and did send off the referral but I shouldn’t of had to go through that much stress for it to happen. I understand doctors have a lot of stress in itself especially during covid but an appointment is an appointment and patients expect their doctors to actually care about them which I wasn’t feeling from this clinic.
