Honest guy, no typical salesman bs, easy to talk to. Straight to the point, and was not pushy. He was very patient as I took a few days to make a decision. From the time we closed and deposit was paid, to the time I picked up the car was less than two days. And above all, the LISTED price was lower than any other TSX in this area in the same condition. First dealer purchase, first car purchase I walked away knowing I had scored a good deal.
