I needed something comfortable and have the ability to stay that way for a eight to ten hour day on my feet. After visiting Mister Safety Shoes on Dundas St in London, Ont, not only did I get exactly what I was looking for But I was met by the most exquisite and knowledgeable staff then I ever have before. It was a pleasure to talk out of there after making a purchase knowing that I was treated well and handled with care. As I had said the staff member on that day, I most certainly will be back for any, if not all my work related needs in the future.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I wish I knew their names! I made an online purchase but they did not fit, the return was easy and the associate was super helpful in getting me the right fit.

Great store...I went in and was welcomed in right away by a very knowledgeable young lady who infact directed me in the right location in the store for work boots. Couldnt have asked for a better experience honestly. This girl at this location (redhead) deserves a raise , seriously...she did her job 1000%. Amazing place!! The first time I ever came here the staff were INCREDIBLY welcoming, knowledgeable and nice when helping me choose my work shoes. So much so that I actually chose to come back to this particular location for my second visit, despite it being a little out of the way.

To no fault of anyone my shoes ending up having a manufacturers error and in one part the seams started coming out. I took them back with no receipt and box and they exchanged them for me! They just had to look me up on the system. I was offered a selection of different styles and sizes, and actually ended up choosing a better fitting pair (I originally bought 9 but then selected 8.5). They also had the new style and old style to choose from, and the old style is matte which I actually love much better! In the end they were very apologetic, which was very nice although there’s no need to apologize, it happens.

Given certain circumstances as well, they practiced amazing and safe COVID procedures. Which is definitely something I currently also look for.

Overall just a very great location. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for work shoes. Great selection and reasonable prices as well as great and helpful staff. Great environment!
