(March 30, 2019, 1:25 pm)I went to every bike store in London to see which one I was going to buy from because I was more concerned with how the business was ran then which exact brand I bought from. This is because these people will be taking care of my bike and I will be dealing with them for years to come. From the minute I walked in I was treated like a customer should be, the store is well kept, and the bike selection was good. The staff was knowledgeable, not pushy and helped me find the bike I was looking for. I ended up with a Giant hardtail that was exactly what I wanted.
