I typically don't feel the need to do so because there's usually nothing noteworthy about customer service nowadays. However, after meeting with Paola at Smart Gold I feel compelled to write one. I was hesitant to walk into a store to sell my jewelry, feeling like I might be ripped off as I had no knowledge of the industry, however, Paola was one of the best customer service folks I have dealt with in a very long time. She was quick, knowledgable, friendly and very fair. If you ever need to sell your gold, this is the place to go.

She even told me that i came at the right day since, gold price went up.Brought in a gold necklace, had a number in my head, when she tested it weighed it and everything and told me the price. Got more then what I had in my head. Would recommend Smart Gold London to anyone and everyone.
