(November 16, 2021, 6:58 pm)I’ve brought two of my animals here and had a great experience both times! Unfortunately, during my second visit, I had to put my cat down. The staff was super understanding of my financial situation (as I am a student) and we worked something out. Dr. Kendra (I’m not sure if her last name) was so sympathetic and understanding. She made a tough process a lot easier. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to find a card in the mail a week later from the staff! It was really touching! Thank you to everyone who was involved. 💛

(November 15, 2021, 6:06 pm)Unfortunately we had to use this emergency clinic for our sick dog. The lady I spoke with on the phone (Marie? maybe) was exceptional at helping us weigh the options.
We made the drive to the clinic, they got our doggy set up and comfortable for sadly our last moments with her.
The clinic is very clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful and you definitely aren't rushed at all in there.
I hope I don't have to use this clinic again but we're happy to know how great they are if in fact we do need to.

(November 14, 2021, 2:00 pm)We saw Judith last week for some rehab for our dog Polly. It was incredibly helpful and we were given an exercise program for our dog. She knew our dog was a very nervous rescue and took her time with the appointment. Polly was taking treats from her by half way through which is a big step! Everything was explaining amazingly and wasn’t rushed.
Would recommend to anyone looking into rehab for their dog. -

(October 30, 2020, 1:21 pm)First class service. You get what you pay for, but they are open 24-7. We have been here numerous times and always had good care. Be prepared to wait unless you have a true emergency.
