(November 25, 2020, 7:39 pm)I had to go in to file a police report & criminal record check. They were extremely helpful while explaining how to fill in the forms and the whole time they were very patient and understanding.
I've also had to call a couple of times and they were nothing but professional and promptly took care of the NON-EMERGENCY issues. [There are a couple reviews on calling in about emergencies (drunk drivers); you should call 911 for cases like that. The police will try and get you off the phone as soon as possible so that you can dial 911 to report those.
