(November 3, 2021, 2:45 am)There were hiccups when setting up my account for the first time with creating an account. However they were very thorough in ensuring I got it set up. Even doing a follow up call to ensure things were still working properly. They were very patient and overall fixed the problem. I was surprised at the quality of service considering the ratings. I figured after my experience its worthwhile writing a review to say that one specific staff that might have not given a positive expirience should not reflective of all of the company and staff. Give them a chance to surprise you before you make up your mind! :)
(September 27, 2021, 12:30 pm)While I do agree that costs, particularly delivery costs, are way too high for this service, I've found their customer service reps to be nothing be kind and patient. I spoke to a customer service rep about setting up hydro at a new unit and she was very kind and patient with this first-time customer!
