  I use this store as my main outlet for my fish supplies and various pet supplies. They have a great variety of fish and also terrarium setups. Very knowledgeable and have been a persistent customer for yrs!! I will continue to go here, it's the best pet shop in London and deserves all the support in the world. Also reasonably priced aswell. Always friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. Also Will the fish guy is unlike most where they say anything to make a sale. Will is honest and if that fish won't work in your tank he will definately let you know instead of just trying to make any sale!!! I will see you guys again this week like usual and thanks for your service in our community!!!! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FISH STORE...PET PARADISE, sincerely, Mike!!!! I have been dealing with all types of fish for 30 yrs now so I am very knowledgeable myself and can say he knows his fish. If I was able to work atm I would love to give my experience and knowledge to this Pet store for sure.

  Always come here to get food for my geckos! Store is getting some updates..looks great! Guys are very smart can answer any question you have! Girl at front/cashier always very welcoming! Great job!!! Store is always clean!

  Lots of selection in store. Staff members aren’t overly helpful. They’re often on their phones/chatting with each other while customers are present/waiting to pay. I do appreciate that this is a stand alone store and independently owned.

  We stopped in from out of town on Boxing Day. We were impressed with the selection of terrarium and vivarium supplies, as well as other botanicals. We found the staff to be helpful and enjoyed the old school independent feel of the place. We like to support these kinds of shops and while I can’t speak to the quality of the animals, they did all look healthy and happy. Would definitely go here again when visiting London.

  I really like this pet store. They have really good customer service. They are super friendly, give me a lot of advice on the pets I would potentially want to get, and they even let you hold them and pet them with assistance of course. Great place, will be getting my pet here for sure!
